Tracey began her physiotherapy career in the public healthcare sector, where she developed a strong foundation and discovered her passion for paediatrics and neuro rehabilitation. Her experience in government service was instrumental in shaping her clinical expertise and deep empathy for her patients.
After transitioning into private practice, Tracey focused her skills more specifically in the paediatric and neurodevelopmental fields, working with infants, children, and adults with neurological conditions. She currently consults at the Hillcrest, Pietermaritzburg, and Howick branches of CW Physio’s Inc.
Tracey is the proud co-owner of CW Physio’s Inc., where she partners with Demi Humphries to lead a compassionate, patient-centred, and progressive physiotherapy team.

With a career spanning decades, Retha brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the CW Physio’s Inc. team. She has spent most of her professional life serving communities in the West Rand and Bredasdorp, Western Cape, working in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Retha has a deep passion for holistic and alternative approaches to physiotherapy, blending traditional orthopaedic rehabilitation with innovative modalities such as craniosacral therapy, animal physiotherapy, and the Be Activated technique.
Known for her big heart and deep compassion, Retha is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients. Her years of experience are matched only by her belief that “you are never too old to learn.”

Since joining CW Physio’s Inc. in January 2021, Bailey has developed a strong reputation for her expertise in paediatrics. Her calm and compassionate approach has helped her establish a loyal referral base and build strong therapeutic relationships with both patients and families. In addition to her clinical work, she also serves as Hospital Manager, ensuring smooth and coordinated care within our hospital-based services.

She then joined a private practice in Pietermaritzburg, where she was first introduced to vestibular physiotherapy, sparking a strong interest in this specialised field.
Since joining CW Physio’s Inc. in 2022, Tash has grown exponentially in the area of vestibular rehabilitation, becoming a valued member of the team known for her calm presence and clinical expertise in managing dizziness, balance disorders, and acute trauma cases.

He went on to work in private practice in the Durban North area, where his passion for outpatient care and sports rehabilitation continued to grow. Jamie joined the team at CW Physio’s Inc. in 2023, bringing his energy, commitment, and hands-on approach to both patients and colleagues alike.
Jamie is particularly passionate about biomechanics and post-op rehabilitation of the lower limb. You’ll often find him on the sidelines at sports events, offering strapping and injury support to local teams.
